A native of the Midwest, Amanda Guerin began her real estate career in the Grand Cayman Islands. After graduating from Old Dominion University, Amanda went to West Africa as a Peace Corps Volunteer. She then moved to Atlanta where she continued building her track record of success in real estate sales and marketing. The opportunity to work with an online brokerage firm lured Amanda to San Diego where she quickly became the firm’s number one national real estate agent. Amanda leverages this wealth of experience to fully understand and meet her clients’ diverse needs.
Having pioneered online real estate services in Atlanta and then San Diego, Amanda was approached by Jim Scott to add her expertise in this area to the Scott & Quinn team. The nucleus of her practice is centered around helping first time home buyers, military personnel and their families, investors and second home/vacation clients. Amanda resides in Mission Hills where she’s actively involved in the restoration and preservation of the community’s unique and historical homes. She’s a member of the Junior League of San Diego, the National Association of Realtors and the San Diego Board of Realtors. She’s been quoted in the Wall Street Journal and appears regularly on Fox News in the Morning to discuss the latest in market trends.
